Alexander Schmeh, Tim Hildebrand and Ulrich Brandenstein form the "Team Schmeh". The three are experts in hygiene and water treatment and proven swimming pool specialists who offer their expertise in particular to operators of small and medium-sized public swimming pools, but also to companies in other sectors. The range of services offered by A. Schmeh GmbH & Co. KG is extensive; in addition to consulting on all swimming pool-related topics, the team also offers its support in the introduction of new technology and sells all products and accessories required for water treatment and hygiene. If required, A. Schmeh GmbH & Co. KG can also take over the management of a swimming pool - you can be sure that your pool is in good hands with Team Schmeh, as over 200 customers place their trust in the No. 1 company in the field of pool management optimization.  

Alexander Schmeh and his team contacted us because they wanted a digitized and automated sales system that would simplify order processing and free up more time for their core competencies. As always, we started with a collaborative analysis of their requirements and business processes - this formed the basis of our recommendations and the concept we subsequently designed. Team Schmeh opted for Bitrix24 in the cloud variant, which has since been replaced by an on-premise version. The upgrade brought a greater scope of services and more room for a more individual design.

We fully mapped the order management in the Bitrix24 CRM module and provided it with numerous automations. If a customer orders products from A. Schmeh GmbH & Co. KG, for example, products for water treatment, hygiene or other accessories, an indirect dropshipping process is triggered. The ordered products are automatically ordered from the specialized suppliers cooperating with Schmeh and shipped to the customer, who is informed about the shipment of his order via dynamic email delivery notification. The management of offers and orders is additionally facilitated by the invoice module we have set up, in which offers are stored with historical prices and graduated prices that can be selected as required.

Quotations and invoices are now also generated automatically at A. Schmeh GmbH & Co. KG are now also created automatically. To ensure GoBD compliance of the invoices, they are created in LexOffice, which is connected to Bitrix24 via API. If an invoice is triggered in Bitrix24, LexOffice generates it with the data stored on the order and then plays it back to Bitrix24, where it is stored directly on the order.
