The project in detail
If you're looking for an innovative way to effectively advertise your company in public spaces and attract new customers, you should take a look at BusAds. BusAds is the first company in Germany to offer digital outdoor advertising for public transport buses. The advertising is shown on a high-resolution, high-contrast display attached to the rear of the bus and can be exchanged flexibly in real time. The customer can freely select the bus routes in order to advertise specifically in certain regions. The success of the advertising campaigns can be measured by recording and evaluating mobile radio signals in the immediate vicinity of the bus. This is how modern transport advertising works!
When we first spoke with company owner Jürgen Schulze, he was looking for a way to digitally capture orders and manage them in a time-efficient manner. Together, we first analyzed BusAds' processes and got a precise picture of the requirements in order to recommend the right software. BusAds decided on Bitrix24, for which we developed a concept and then implemented it.
We placed the order management in the CRM module, where we set up funnels and stages. Among other things, these are home to capacity planning for the vehicles/lines, including automated runtime contracts. This provides an overview and planning capability. Not only is it always clear which advertising is currently running on which car/line and where capacities are available, but when the end of the contract approaches, a reminder function reminds the user that the contract is about to expire. With the dynamic email templates, the customer can then be contacted directly and offered an extension of the existing contract.
BusAds now also creates offers and invoices automatically. To ensure GoBD compliance of the invoices, they are created in SevDesk, which is connected to Bitrix24 via API. When an invoice is triggered in Bitrix24, SevDesk generates it with data stored in the CRM and then plays it back to Bitrix24, where it is stored directly on the order. The entire order management is thus mapped in Bitrix24.
