When Claus-Jürgen Fischer asked us for our expert support in realizing his heart's project 'SanTerris', we didn't hesitate for a second. SanTerris is all about the health of people and the planet. The eight-strong SanTerris team brings together specialists from different fields and offers a diverse range of services, including training courses in Golgi pain therapy, tigermoves and fascia massage, as well as online courses on weight loss and guides and products on a healthy and sustainable diet.

Claus-Jürgen Fischer and his team were looking for a system that would serve as a data management tool and communicate with the SanTerris WordPress instance to manage the customer orders placed there. After an in-depth analysis and consultation, Alpha1 chose Bitrix24 as the central system, where we set up funnels and stages for order management and used the multiple automation options to create workflows. Via API, orders coming from the SanTerris website are imported into Bitrix24 and created as an order.

We also helped with the expansion of the online presence. We created several WordPress pages, including an account, market and social page, integrated miniOrange to simplify the login via SSO and integrated the community tool Buddyboss. Going forward, SanTerris Marketplace will allow approved vendors to offer their sustainable products. The vendor approval process is automated via Bitrix24. In order to make the products and services of SanTerris better known, we have integrated Sendinblue, a powerful digital marketing tool, into Bitrix24, which is used, among other things, to send out newsletters.
